Privacy
Therapy records are among the most personal data there is. Pomello is designed so the right people see the right things, and nobody else.
Each practice’s records are kept apart from every other’s, enforced inside the database itself, not only in the app.
Session notes never appear in exports, totals or reports. Only the client’s own therapists and your admins can read them.
Pomello has no place to upload a photo of a client. Progress is shown through real goals, not pictures.
AI drafts are off until you switch them on. Then only a first name, the service, the date and the therapist’s own words are sent, and nothing is kept until the note is saved.
Export all of it, any time, as CSV and JSON. If you leave, we delete it within 30 days.
Your practice decides how its data is used. We process it only to run the service, as our data processing terms set out.

Pomello began in October 2026 as the session tracker for one paediatric therapy practice in Bengaluru. Its therapists use it every day, between real sessions. Every screen was tried there before it reached you.

No. Messages arrive on WhatsApp or email, and the family’s page opens from a link. There is no password to remember.
To send WhatsApp messages from your practice’s own number, yes. You connect it once in Settings and Meta bills you for messages directly. Until then, every message goes by email. We’ll help you set it up.
Through payment links from your own Razorpay account, by UPI, card or net banking. The money goes to your bank and Pomello takes nothing. You can also record cash, UPI and bank transfers yourself.
Yes. Send us your spreadsheet of clients and we’ll bring it in for you.
Yes. Your portal can live at an address you own, such as portal.yourclinic.in, instead of yourclinic.getpomello.com. We’ll help you with the domain and DNS settings.
